1.Exercise Regularly

I think all of us have heard or read about exercising regularly but how exactly it works. If scientifically spoken exercising regularly will help to stretch our muscles and provide oxygen to every cell of our body.

Moreover, it makes you fit to do whatever you what. I mean really whatever! Don’t it awesome.

2.Meditation is a Need

First of all, I have confessed meditation is hard very hard I am trying it and it took so much time to concentrate our mind and energy on a single point. But here is the deal, the one who meditates is happened to be way more active and focus that the one who doesn’t so do it regularly.

Here is the rookie trick try meditation for 5 minutes only for at least a week or two then increase the time. Don’t just hop on the clock and start with 15minutes. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

3.Eat Fruits and Vegetable more often

Eating fruit is one of the best ways for a healthy life. According to reports you have to eat a fruit size of your fist every day. I repeat every day

My grandfather always uses to say eat seasonal fruit as much as possible. Because this fruit comes in particular season to protect us from the harm we would face during the season.

So before you hesitate to eat a seasonal fruit remember that fruit is your protection from the diseases that summer would bring you.

4.Cut Out Social Media

It seems like a solution to every problem.
But you might be thinking about how social media is affected our health? So here is your answer. Social media cause problems like depression, anxiety, hypertension, mood swings which not only affects your health but also you're loved once.

So just deactivated your Facebook accounts and see the real world.

5.Interact with Outside World Regularly

I think this would be the best thing you can do after cutting down social media. The outside world is far, far more interesting, real and full of life.
