Self- Worth or Self- Esteem, by other means Self-Worth is a synonym for Self-Esteem which is a measure of value of oneself. Self-Worth is the sense of one's own value or worth as a person. It is about who we are but, not what we do. Self-Worth is like importance of one's own, caring about oneself, okay... but that doesn't mean that it would make you selfish. Realising Self-Worth is so much important. It is said that, "Be careful, what you tolerate that's how poeple will treat you" which means that we shouldn't tolerate the bad behviour of any person. It is important for us to introspect oneself, our actions, mistakes, deeds, emotions and weaknesses into how we view and value our worthiness as a human. There is a theory comprising of three main elements which are Ability, Effort and Performance. The element of ability and effort impacts our performance and enlighten us of our self-worth. Self-Worth is determined by our performances and abilities in innumerable acitivities. There are three points to note on the topic of self-worth which is firstly, we must acknowledge our deeds and actions, secondly we must be kind to everyone and thirdly we must accept out imperfections that would be help us in every way of dealing with situations. Lastly, I would like to quote,
