Our Parents - Our Superheroes

Some say there is a god; some say there are angels – well, I believe in parents.

Parents are just godly beings walking around that love and nourish us even before they know us; before they first saw us; before we were even born. They make us stronger, they make us better, and they make us more equipped to carry ourselves with humility with dignity in this world full of struggles and harsh realities. They have all the roles fused into one being – they become our friends, our teachers, our partners, our play-buddies and literally everything known to us. They have seen life and the struggles behind it, and they only wish the best possible for us; they know the value of the daily bread and strive to make us realize it’s importance and it’s value. They want us to have everything that they couldn’t and see the world through our eyes.

They have an eternal and a deeper connection with us that they don’t need to hear it from us to know what we’re feeling and what we need!

All the values of humility, empathy and other good ones that mark our very existence are synonymous to ‘parents’.

They hold our hands when we need them the most; they have our backs believing in us to extents we would never even think of; they define for us what unconditional and pure love is!!!!

The help us, they guide us, they love us, and they also correct us all with love and much more to make us into our best versions. They manage life and it’s difficulties with a broad smile, never letting us know the lengths they go through for us, the sacrifices they make, the struggles they face… all just for their child to be happy! All good that we are standing today is because of our parents and their upbringing that taught us the right things at the right times in lives.
