Whoa, kya lag rahi hai, kya sundri hai bhai, ye wali to teri bhai hai! Have you or any of your friends ever heard of these comments? I am sure ye! If you are a girl, and if you have a western dressing sense, then I am sure, these are the words you would daily come across. These types of remarks are often made by the uncultured, ill mannered, creatures of the society, who think that it is their religious duty to stand on the corners of the streets even it is a burning afternoon.

well, they are so dedicated that they would not move, no matter what may happen. And every day they deliver their polite and poisonous words for each and every lady that passes by, with great passion. And these creatures does not only include the unmarried lads but to increase their species they also have married ones who are more experienced.

In our Indian society, women are considered as goddesses. They are even worshipped during Navratris. What is the point of showing this much respect, when actually they don't?. Is there only one day that women should be respected that particular day, they worship their goddes and on the other 364 days, they disrespect them. Is this what the Indian culture teaches them?

The funniest part is that they too have ladies at home- mother, sisters, sister in law, and even wives. But they think that the ladies at their home are quite different from the other ones they offer their words. Why? Because they judge your clothing! If you wear a salwar suit, you are decent but if you wear jeans you are not.

I don't understand what does this have to do with the clothing? We as ladies have no objection to what men wear, then why them? I think we should start wearing a long, thick, black, veil which will cover us from head to toe, even covering our eyes and hands. Will this change them? Trust me, NO. This will not because whatever they have is inscribed in their minds. Their minds need to be changed, their society needs to be improved and they should be educated.

The most effective way to tackle with them is to drag them to the police and call their family. Believe me, they would do anything to hide their residence and family because they also know that the act they have committed is an act of shame. Inside them, there is a subconscious soul that also believes that this is wrong. They are also scared of being exposed of that act to their family. It is just that they are not ready to realise it. Hence, shame is the ultimate weapon we can use.

The ultimate question arises on their upbringing and their family values. But I am sure that no parent teaches their sons to do all these obscene acts. No family promotes these actions. No mother would want her son to follow this path which will ultimately lead to humiliation and shame. Education is the main perspective that should be targetted to abolish these kinds of taboos from our society because if they are not controlled, these can lead to a number of unethical issues including "rapes", "acid attacks" and even worse.
