Brain drain refers to a situation where highly qualified and trained people leave the country and migrate to another country, and this is very commom in a country like India.

These people migrate in search of better opportunities in advance countries like US and other developed countries. They want world-class education which is the massive achievement for Indians because developing country like India do not have the professional prospects that other countries offered. In last decade, brain drain is happening at an alarming rate and people are migrating rapidly.Among the Asain countries,India continued its trend of being the top country of birth for immigrant scientists and engineers, with 9,50,000 out of Asia's total 2.96 millions.

India's 2013 figures represented an 85% increase from 2003.India is a developing country so why are our young engineers, entrepreneurs and scientists are flying off to foreign countries.

The main root cause of Brain Drain in India and lack in its advancement is becauseof the lethargic and sluggish behaviour of many of us.Whenever we see something bad going on in our society,we don't take a step ahead to solve it,instead we sit back ideal on our couch, watching T.V. or rather scrolling IG,while expecting someone else to do it.And I think that, unless we Indians make a collective decision to worl in our respective fields,to improve India, our country will remain just the way it is,and we will continue to blame Brain Drain.

5 REASON FOR INDIA'S BRAIN DRAIN
Unemployment in India:-Unemployment in India is a serious issue.Millions of engineer are graduating every year in India and among that only 40% gets a good job and rest 60% remain unemployed. This is the reason many graduates emigrate to different country where they are highly successful.

Population:-The population of our country is 1.2 billion and granting job to the whole of the youth is next to impossible.Millions of engineers are graduating every year in India,so it's nearly unbearable to give a job to a every engineer graduating.Jobs are not matching the growing youth and thousands of graduates remain unemployed, and they have no option to fly to foreign as they welcome them with joy.

Currency difference and better lifestyle:-The technology that India is introducing today has already been in action in other parts of the world.Currency difference between US dollar and Indian Rupee is very high. So,if you work even as a cashier or on petrol pump in USA or canada, still you going to earn more than an average engineer in India.Doing these types of work and getting more money than the average graduate of India what else you want.

if we talk about the lifestyle,The lifestyle of foreign is better than the lifestyle of India. In foreign countries, you have new technology and advancement and moreover, there is no curruption and rape percentage is few as compared to India.

Policies in India:-It's very challenging to work here specially if you are an entrepreneur as the economic condition of our nation is very bad.Obviously you want to earn a lot of money, but in India, taxes like wealth tax and inheritance tax change the game. Our talented entrepreneur does not want to leave our nation, but policies drag them out.

Reservation:-Stop reservation based on caste, base it on economical condition.First we have to learn to respect talent not caste otherwise if india will keep increasing reservation the other country will keep taking the much deserved candidate of our country who have more knowledge as compare to the person whose seat is reserved.

How can India tackle the problem of brain drain?
To avoid brain drain, the commom points would be:-
High manufacturing growth:-Indian manufacturing sector is performing badly and for past 4 years it is performing in negative overall. As we know manufacturing sector is labour intensive sector in which more labour force is required.India's low manufacturing growth are not allowing it to accomodate its all population in productive work so if the manufacturing growth will increase we would be able to tackle the problem of brain drain upto some percentage.

Reforming the education sector:- We have a very book based knowledge of things.Practical based knowledge is missing thats why the level of skill development is low.A study in 2014 showed that most of the Indian graduates are NOT EMPLOYABLE in industry! This has to change.

Scholarship:- Give high scholarship to persue higher studies in India and making people stay here for the same. Many people who goes for higher studies in foreign countries never return.IITs and NITs will tremendously benefit from this.

High package for researchers:-Researchers should be offered high package to make there
jobs attractive for recent and experienced graduates. For achieving this, the standard of mentors i.e. professors should be high in result oriented research.
