All want to achieve success in today’s world. No one wants to slow down. Success, fame, money, power is the trivial point one wants to achieve in life. People use many ways to achieve it my it be a good one, a false one, a path which can destroy many people or one can which is known as humanitarian.

First let’s discuss the ancient education system and prestige of our country. Let us take a few examples of different scriptures and sculptures of our country that illustrate our golden history. Iron pillar in Delhi and Iron pillar in Kollur, Bangalore are two sculptures that depict the glorious scientific mind of our saints. The intense pollution of Delhi or the amount of intense rain (about 750 cm during 6-8 months of year), still can’t form a speck of rust on the two towers. These pillars were made about 24,000 years ago and still standing telling the legends of the aboriginal people of that time. There are many examples like constellation detection, planet revolution, surgery implications and methods and many more such awesome discoveries that are in patent names of great Indian minds.

Now, what enabled them to do such? Thinking beyond capabilities, without machines, discovering new facts about the world, what was the factor that allowed them to do such?

MEDITATION was the source of their vast thinking and ideas. Trained from the birth, in the art of meditation allowed the saints, to harness the power of their brain to think beyond a normal’s mind reach.

This is why technology is no different than spirituality. Base of science is spirituality. Spirituality is not about renouncing the world, giving up all your money or leaving everything behind and going in solitude; it’s about finding your inner peace while residing in the place where you stay in. Spirituality is stretching your mind to the maximum limit and realizing your full potential of your capabilities.

What do we do to achieve success? Many things. We study hard, pursue coaching to singular our career priorities but do we really achieve them? No, we sit out after a time and lose it to the going speed of world. This is where ancient education system comes in. Earlier, students were trained in meditation, yoga and asanas to control their breathing and their mind.

Now, let us see how it works.
1)TAMAS (brings sleep) :-
Sleep is not harmful. In fact, it is the cause by which our brain functions efficiently. But if practiced in excess, it gets lethargic.

Now, if TAMAS gets out of control, then we start getting symptoms that if not controlled, would get one into bad conditions. Some of them are:-

a)Laziness and lethargy
b)Habitual procrastination
c)Loss of interest
These factors can somehow be ignored but the further damages can be somewhat dangerous like
1)Depression
2)Suicidal tendencies

As per a study in USA, about 44.3 million go to doctor to get help for depression.
2)RAJAS (allows activity):-
Activity means ability to do things. Doing activity or being active is a good feature in daily life but being excessive active is not good for health. When RAJAS gets out of control, it can lead to some of the following facts:-

a)Can’t sit still.
b)Bombarded with thoughts.
c)Impatience and Indecisiveness
d)Anger and Aggression
e)Violence outside

3)SATTAVA :-
By SATTAVA, we mean purity, beauty, peace, joy and enthusiasm. Felling all the bliss of the world is the one thing, a person thrives to achieve. But Sattava is achieved when RAJAS & TAMAS are balanced.

SATTAVA has astounding features or should we say effects on a person/ following are some of them:-
a)Lightedness, centeredness, cheerfulness
b)Meditation is effortlessly easy.
c)Your effort bear fruit very quickly.
d)Success and extremely good luck!

Success = Balancing stress + Increasing work
This is what Spirituality is. It’s simple yet profound and powerful. To be able to live the life you want to live, is what spirituality is and to achieve this, meditation is a good way to go on and pursue the life one want.
