Right amount of sleep is also a very important part of healthy life.Oneshould always sleep on right time and should sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours a day.A good night's sleep is incredibly important for your health.In fact, it’s just as important as eating healthy and exercising.

Right amount of exercise is also very important for leading a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise helps preventing diseases as well as contribute to emotional wellness.Doing any physical activity is better than doing none. If you currently doing no physical activity, start by doing some, and gradually build up to the recommended amount.

In today's life people are very busy due to their hectic schedules. So they find less time for exercise and daily workout. There are several ways by which we can make our lifestyle healthy.Make small changes in your daily routine for keeping your body fit.Take stairs instead of lift or escalator. Go on foot for going nearby places.Try to avoid junk food as much as you can. For proper digestion of your food chew properly and drink lots and lots of water.Eat healthy breakfast. Meditate for15 to 20 minutes in a day to improve your mental fitness.Stay on trackeven on the weekends. Don’t use the fact that it’s Saturday or Sunday as an excuse to make unhealthy choices.

Being healthy is more important than earning fame or money, so everyone should focus on their health before anything else. If we are not healthy then everything is of no use.

Health is wealth is an older saying but it is important for everyone to understand it and apply it in their lives.
