Meditation is the reason behind the success of many. Meditation gives a person an extra edge over others as he’s in control of himself/herself, which is of absolute necessity today. 1) Meditation is a matter of few minutes which will help us get through the entire day and make us productive. But, the major issue is we don’t get that few minutes to kick start our day. The solution to this is really simple, if you are not able to get those five minutes in your daily routine it is advisable to start your day a few minutes earlier to compensate.

2) After making time the major issue starts here as many problems are encountered. We either are not able to concentrate or get frustrated. A huge part of this because of the way we start meditation. Our mind gets pre-occupied with thoughts on how we go about the rest of the day, so to counter this it is advisable to plan the day before we get into meditation.

Meditation is highly related to vibe around us and this has a great impact. The outcome of our practice is huge product of our vibe that we had while meditating. So more than finding time to meditate we have to find the right time, meaning we need to mediate while we feel fresh. We have to try our best to stay positive by taking some time off or by doing anything that relax us but if we are not able to then it is advisable not to meditate.

Another major hindrance is the environment. While getting started we can join groups or move to meditation halls as the environment is friendly. Once we get a hang of it we can try to emulate the same by dimming the lights, having proper ventilation and moving to silent places when done personally.

3) Meditation is just any other practice and it faces the big challenge, it eventually fades away. The solution to this is not to overdo it and to keep small targets. Another solution is to stay in touch with peer group to know the advancements.
