SUPERFOODS-
Superfoods are the kind of food mostly plant-based, some may also be fish and dairy,which are thought to be nutritionally very dense and thus very good for one's health. Blueberries, salmon etc are just a few examples which have gained the title of "superfood". However, there is no set proper criteria for classifying what is and what is not a superfood. Superfood is a term for the type of food assumed to confer health benefits.

Superfoods contain a huge and diverse variety of nutrients, such as antioxidants. They also have good amounts of healthy fats meant to prevent heart disease; rich fibers, meant to prevent diabetes and other digestive problems.

IMPORTANCE-

Our modern diet is many a times not as nutritious as it should be and does not contain the right amounts of vitamins and nutrients. There are huge amounts of unhealthy foods available in the market, which are most of the times easier to prepare and quicker to eat than the other healthy counterparts. One needs to understand that unhealthy eating is not good for our body, our skin and our immune system . Unhealthy food even impacts our emotional state on the contrary a daily diet which includes superfoods gives our body the essential nutrients it needs to run smoothly and to stay healthy.
