A pure vegetarian diet includes fruits, nuts, vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes and no kinds of meat or flesh. Nowadays, we tend to hear a lot of people moving towards vegetarianism, from celebrities to models and many others!! The reason being, Vegetarians end up being healthier than non-vegetarian in the long run and there are a large number of reasons to support this argument.
