Intentionally or unintentionally all of us around the globe have one habit in common. We often practice this daily with our nearby people or maybe a victim of it at times. The trust is just that you are not aware of the repercussions and the extent to which it can reach.

Body Shaming as the names says itself, is the practice to pull someone out from their comfort zone. These can be practised on any person irrespective of the caste. The fact is it leaves a psychological impact on the mind of the sufferer. Let’s discuss a certain paradigm on the basis of which body shaming is practised.

Criticism on your own or other persons’ appearance

We all do this a lot many times. Get tensed on the heated up days getting tanned and deeply tensed scrounging ways to de-tan your body or how to protect from falling under the rays of the sun. Also, a lot may multinational companies do this. Provisions of suncream give rise to racial discrimination on a big scale and make you find ways to eliminate from your imperfections.

The common tags for being skinny or overweight

An everyday vogue followed by an elderly is to fit in their teenage high-waisted fitting jeans. Isn’t it? People try everything to follow dieting and in order to be on dieting imbalances the nutritional diet. Or let’s take the case of people who skip eating and come in the trap of eating disorders. Skinny or malnourished people are so possessive about their weight. One such case is of the celebs nowadays.

These may have created a hindrance on your positive sight of human behaviour. It plays with the minds of people and often affects them psychologically and under stressful conditions. A vicious circle is however built at this point. Embrace the imperfections and just don’t cover it up with sun screams and dieting or fair looking tubes. Always remember you are unique and beautiful in your own way.
