Place where nature and peace meet each other.
'KASHMIR'- Not just a tourist destination but heaven, and it is not just a mere saying but reality. The love and happiness you can feel there is exactly opposite to the hate and terrorism that has been spread there. Even if you are roaming around the streets doing nothing the weather and nature will boost you up like nothing else.
I visited Kashmir two years back but I have those memories still alive in my heart and for forever, as
you can just soak memories in a warm cup of 'Kahwah' Tea, while indulging the varied landscapes of Kashmir or take in the crisp misty air while gorging on warm Kashmiri pulao and homemade pasta. Feel your heart synchronized from the gushing waters traveling from the glaciers above. Dust the snow off your shoulders after a long trek up a hill and watch the sun-kissed, snow-capped mountains.
Kashmir is a place of peaceful beauty and simplicity, painted with unique cultural diversity that will keep you intrigued throughout your journey, from Srinagar to Sonamarg and from Pahalgam till Gulmarg, I felt a sense of peace and ease. If you ever give a visit there nothing will ever feel more soothing than letting your fingers glide through the chilled waters of Dal Lake and spending quality time at it on a Shikara Boat. The weather in Kashmir is an experience of its own. As the sun rises at five every morning and set nearly eight at night, giving tourists enough time to enjoy the valley, the people and the cuisine.
A holiday in the midst of the valley is enough to create memories on its own but what made this trip more memorable were the people around me and the tourist's destinations you must visit while you give Kashmir a visit.
Here are some of the listed tourist places you must visit.
Betaab Valley- Scenic place with meadows and a river.
Mammal Temple- Landmark temple during to 400 CE.
Sheshnaag Lake- Specialty is that it's covered with lakes, glaciers, and mountains at the same time you can enjoy all.
Gulmarg's gondola ride.
Khilan Marg
Gulmarg Backcountry Ski lodge
Dal Lake- Glory lies in Shikara ride.
Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden
Shalimar Bagh Mughal Graden
At last, I would say Kashmir is a wonderful idea for a peaceful visit, especially for those wishing to experience teeth chattering temperature and snow for the first time. Sonamarg and Gulmarg promise a lot of snow and ensure you fly home with snow-capped memories imprinted in your mind's eye.
A PARADISE ON EARTH.
