My Trip To South Korea!!!

Remembering past years always reminds us of our unforgettable memories. One of these memories of mine is my trip to South Korea. This trip made South Korea, one of my favourite places in the world. I remember the fun I had with my family and my cousins. I went to South Korea last year on 15^th of November to 26^th of November last year.

Korea means Republic of Korea also popularly known asSouth Korea. The first thing I loved South Korea for is for its food. The most favourite dish of mine was the Korean BBQ. The food is both cheap and delicious. Secondly, it is also known for its beauty. The nature – mountains, rivers and temples. Also, the Korean people are also one of the most beautiful people in the world. Thirdly, the K-Pop, which is originated from South Korea, is also one of its kinds. It’s fun, catchy and gets you into a happy mood!Unlike other countries, South Korea is also known for its safety. We can walk alone at night and even without any fear. If you are a nature lover, it’s a perfect place for you because it’s a wonderful place for hiking in the mountains. The people of this country are also very humble, kind and sweet. The Korean culture is a great mix of old Korean traditions and western ideals.Being the origin country of a genre K-Pop, South Korea also celebrates many music festivals such as The Boryeung Mud Festival, The Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival etc. which are worth watching. Lastly, the thing that I cannot forget mentioning is the Jeju Island. It is a great island for nature seekers, and is, in my opinion, the world’s most beautiful island. With its friendly people, lush nature, stunning waterfalls, great hiking and delicious food – Jeju Island will take you by storm!

These are some of the things I enjoyed during my 12-day trip. I met many citizens of South Korea, and learnt many things from them including some Korean words like “yeoboseyo” which means “Hello”. I also learnt their culture and traditions and taught them Indian culture and traditions too. The weather of South Korea cannot be predicted because it can rain anytime but it was fun to get wet by the rain and we even sang. I want you to visit South Korea once in your life, so that you can know the importance of South Korea, because you can “Never Judge a Book by its Cover”, similarly you cannot judge South Korea by my essay or Google. So, do visit South Korea and the above mentioned points make South Korea, my favourite destination.
