Silence. It's certainly not the first thing that pops into mind when you think of success.
We are familiar to this word "silence"at an extant but we don't know the actual meaning of this heavy word . Thisis like as other words which we uses but the meaning of this word so deep and heavy that no one can bear its weight , those who knew the meaning of this word are real heroes and mature enough to lead their life with patience.

Keeping silence is one of the most difficult thing to do. People tend to keep silence under fear, embarrassment, contempt or ignorance. This can be categorized as compulsive silence and spontaneous in nature.

The other origin of silence is when a question or circumstance require mental effort before speech can be crafted. This can be termed as investigative silence.

we should keep silence to listen...listen not only to others but also our inner noise andthe voice of our conscience. But most of us hear and not listen to others. Even while hearing,we keep contemplating how to answer the other person rather than silently listening to other person's perspective.

Our minds in today's world are always agitated. All of us only want to talk..watch those TV shows ...each one is too eager to speak not ready to appreciate other person's views.Silence helps us create ideas, share views and make this world a better place to live.

We can go off throughdifferent examples to explain it with full emotions. The silence in the person can give you its mature mental state .

We have observe many times that the powerful big business men use to keep silent and maintain a peaceful environment around them on the other hand in a market store we have observed the status of the sellers they all are very crowded by their way of talking and mental liability.

The other example ....... Many people used to talk too much that isunnecessary which no one wants to listen. And also we have heard that too much of something can cause so much harm to an individual, on the other hand a person who is silent has peacefuland mature mind and doesn't want to talk which is not needed by them or others also. And whenever they use to tell something to others or discuss anything with others then all use to listen the silent talks . Their speech or talks are given so much importance ,that's why we have seen all around us the successful persons are at peace and silent mode only which makes them to have importance from allthe people around them.

So try be silent where we all can and talk where ever necessary.
