Exercising is a very important part of our lives. It is really important to stay fit physically as well as mentally. Our human bodies are designed to move and if we do not walk and exercise on a routine then our bodies might get prone to different diseases very easily. Doing exercise is as important as breathing. It is really important to do exercise daily. There are a lot of benefits to doing the exercise for all age groups. It helps to build our immunity. Exercising daily helps in strengthening the cardiovascular system which helps in improving the flow of oxygen and nutrition in our body. Exercising helps you in losing weight. If you are overweight, you can lose your weight by doing exercise on a daily basis.

But if you are eating right, working out regularly but still failing to achieve your desired goal, then there are chances that you are getting some basics wrong.

Overdoing with fruits

Fruits are best observed in the morning when you have an empty stomach, or you can take fruits as snacks, or taking them after or before the workout. As everybody knows fruits contain natural sugar but taking too much of it won’t good for anyone who is trying to lose weight. If you think juicing up the fruits neutralize the sugar level, it isn’t true. By juicing the fruits, you are also losing the fiber that may help in neutralizing the sugar level.

Cutting the carbs

Carbs help to boost prebiotic growth in the gut, because of its dietary fibers it helps to boost the digestion. If you are too focused on the weighing scale, you may cut all carbs. You started to think that you are going on the right path because of your numbers on weighing scale dip. But the error in carbs leads you to suffer from gut health.

Acidic food

Acidity works in different ways, and it is not always that samosa and chai. Acidity develops by, passing time. Taking stress, smoking, excessive drinking, not enough water consumption, consuming food late, anonymous sleep timing leads to acidity.

Doing cardio over everything

The body is an extremely complex structure, with many interlocking sub-systems. Don’t expect that just doing a treadmill and not doing the weight-training or core exercises makes you lose your weight or just eating junk and going on a run helps you to get away with your weight. Your fitness should be concentrated on the whole body not just on a particular part. Focus on different workouts designed for different body parts.

Exercising but not resting

Sleep is one of the most important parts of our lives. Ask yourself when the last time you rested. Without any television or phones or any screen, without doing any activity, in a completely stress-free environment. An important part of optimal fitness is recovery from exercise too. Don’t push your body to do so much exercise, by doing this you only exhaust your body which leads to irritation and bad health.
