Dear me,

I'm sorry that you tried so desperately to fix other, when your hands were shaking. I'm sorry that I didn't give you enough time to heal that I let you seal the wounds of everyone else when your own were bleeding. I'm sorry that there were days when smiling hurt but you forced yourself to laugh so that no one had to worry about you. I'm sorry that you gave all your time and efforts to people that didn't give the same back. I'm sorry that there were nights when you cried yourself to sleep and no one bothered to understand why. And I'm so sorry that I did not love you, like you deserved to be loved.... --a letter to myself.

Being a teenager brought me lots of problems and conflicts with my ownself.... For everyone it's hard to battle every single emotion and in the same time give yourbest to others. Life is full of problems, but how we approach those problems often determines whether we'll be happy or miserable.

"Problem are opportunities in disguise". No one can deny that there are many different moment in our life which makes us sad and leave us disappointed, often there is injustice and various events that are bitter and unpleasant. We cannot totally avoid such situations in our life but we can be optimistic in every situation. An optimistic person see opportunity in every problem while a pessimistic person sees problem in every opportunity, it's easier to always complain about everything and grumble that there ain't anything good left around me and everything is filled with sorrow.

There are no. of ways which helped me to attain a simple, happy and satisfied life. It's important to have purpose in life otherwise it will living monotonous and boring . It's too big to demand satisfaction in life in this ultramodern world and satisfy with our lives. But if not now than when and if not you than who can. Humans are the supreme creature with the powerful tool to control their mind-set but instead our mind is controlling us to see the things in our perspective and making us less flexible with others view.

Here are few things that helped me to lead a happy life during crisis -
1) See happiness in small things, if these small things don't make you happy than those big things also won't make you happy either.

2) Speak your heart out. Open up with people who really care about you.
3) Make everyday at least one person in your life smile, bcoz everyone is fighting their own battle and you never know whom you can help to fight their battle.

4) Make new friends - talk with new people... Share your ideas and views affirmatively
5) Being a avid reader.... Books helped alot in bowed down situations.
6) Watch comedy movie. Trust me it do help alot.
7) Express your gratitude towards others. Thank people who cared about you, helped you when needed and stood by your side when everything was against you.

8) Value all the people and relationship in your life and make no one feel worthless.
9) Don't take things personally, whatever people say about you is reflection of them and not you.

What we perceive is what we get .

If we try to perceive our life as a bed of roses you will be fascinated by the no. of opportunites that will open for you.
