I remember being the girl unlike other girls. i remember my upper lips were always heavier. Being a girl and rushing to the salon to get your waxing done. At first sight of your body was a normal thing for me.

I was obsessed with neatly shaped brows. I hated when i couldn't wear dresses that flaunted my body parts unlike other girls.

Yes, i did grow up. yes, i shave my legs and underarms because i saw all other girls doing this.
It seemed once we become adolescent, that this is something we all did as we turn into a 'woman' and was just considered normal.

Hair removal is something that all women and girls are supposed to do.

Remember ladies, removing your body hair is not a requirement but it should be your choice.

Shave it, wax it, braid it or flaunt it whatever makes you feel comfortable go for it.
People will make fun.
Tell women that to flaunt your body you don't need to be hairless.

Just like with head hair which we are not forced to shave, we should also be allowed to choose the length of our body hair, because it is our body and our choice.

Anytime when i meet any woman who chooses to allow her hair to grow on her body.
I always honor and respect her be so extremely, knowing just how much bravery, authenticity and strength it takes to go against the conservative norms.

Start Loving yourself. If you won't love yourself then don't expect other to love you. self love is important. And if your feel that hair removal causes pain or discomfort, and that you're only doing it to please other, take action.
