“Life changes
Goes up and down,
You never know until, It comes around.
We try to smile,
Thru good and bad, depend on friends,
To keep away sad.
The journey is long,
The road is rough,
Faith and hope will be enough.
Don’t waste a day in anger or regret,
Keep joy in your heart,
Your needs will be met.”
When I read this poem, I get motivated, find a hope in life. Even though, it’s not the poem I felt good about but the words because words are the only thing that affects a person’s life. It’s the words you tell when they are sad, it’s the words you tell when they are happy, it’s the words you tell when they are depressed, it’s the words you tell when they have achieved something and it’s only the words you tell when they die.Words describe literature and it so important in today’s world because it connects individuals with larger truths and ideas in the society. It also creates a way that is accessible to others, through fictionalized accounts of experience.

We know how a ship would be in a storm, but we never experience it unless we are on that ship and in the same way knowing a person’s condition is not enough we definitely should feel their condition in order to gain wisdom about him.Wisdom can only be found in books or in something you read and so it’s important that the literature is like a torch-bearer. Imagine what India would be like if there were no books of Ramayana, Mahabharata, it would not have been called “Golden Bird” (sone ki chidiya). India is known for its literature.

It’s important that we know literature has the ability to provide pleasure to readers, to help build experience, to help readers empathize with others and to develop thinking skills.

What do you prefer? Watch the harry potter movie or read a book? Two kinds of people, some would say movie and some would say book but I say both. That’s right! Reading the book gives the extras but watching it is live, both of them have a different kind of feeling. People don’t read all the books, there are few things they should know but they don’t. So, what’s the best alternate option apart from books? Movie, radio, television, news on TV, this is nothing but media.

The media and the cultural studies emphasize the study of media in their historical, economic, social, and political context. In general, cultural forms created and disseminated by media industries and the ways in which they resonate in everyday life, on the individual, national and global level. It is a medium where historical things are put in front of the people, where world’s untold truths are put out and all the things that are in trend for the people who have no time to read.

Now-a-days, people refer to media better to books or newspapers but sometimes it’s not what everything we see, sometimes it’s the lines we don’t read! All in all, cultural media is as important as literature and they go hand-in-hand.We wouldn’t know about the war under the water, the Pakistan submarine “Ghazi” unless it was shown to us as a movie and we wouldn’t know about dobby’s suggestion to harry to use the gill weed for the triwizard, tells harry about the room of requirement for D.A meetings unless we read the book!

Now, I want to say
“A classic is a book that has never finished saying what it has to say,
A classic is a movie that has finished what the book had to say in its own way.”
