Brain Function Of Night Owls Are Different From Lark

The term night owl refers to the one who awakes at night and feels lazy at the daytime. In contrast to it there is another term lark, which refers to the one with fresh and happy mind. These both terms are actually two bird’s names which shows the characteristics and habits of these birds. It is used here as metaphor. According to statistics, the number of person that goes late to bed and also rises late is increasing than number of people that goes to bed early and also rises early. Being larks is considered as better for the healthy lifestyle and being attractive.

Whether it is about being mentally or physically fit. One can be a night owl by his/her choice or forcefully, there can be graveyard shift or night shift of workers and some busy in playing games and some busy in studying books, etc. To maintain everything even, one can make his/her routine well according to work and the requirements needed instead of wasting time. Being a night owl can affect mental health and can cause low concentration. Not only in India, but in other countries like USA, Brazil, UK,etc. night owls can be found. The percentage has increases day by day. Especially youth is in majority in this category. Instead of doing creative work, youth wastes their time in useless things, they spend whole night with their mobile phones and PCs. If this thing is keep goes on then there might be trouble in the growth and betterment of youth mad society.
