Not a while ago, something happened in my life, a situation that left me too devastated. I went to depression which affected my health, and I had to go through treatments and everything. My family was worried and many thoughts cross my mind, like "should I live, I can't continue with my studies" and , many more.
But luckily, I caught hold of myself and returned to my normal day to day life, and at the end my family is happy for me and so thus me.

See, the first thing or the problem first was I thought because I made a mistake that's why this all happened with me, but one thing we always forget that we are people and people makes mistakes. Instead of overthinking it we should learn from it and take this as a lesson and learn from it, ofcourse you will make more mistakes in mere future but with every mistakes you learn something from it, and with everylearning you become a better person.
Second problem was, I thought my problem was bigger than others and nothing could be done about it, no one can help me. Frankly, no one can help you unless and untill you help yourself. See, first place everyone has problems in their life.
Some people don't have enough to eat ,enough to wear, nothing to study; and some of us in the other hand have everything but is still worry about , "oh! She called me fat", and even we go to commit suicide.
Does this even a problem, does one person calling you fat makes you less than anyone. First learn to love youself, accept yourself as the way you are and see nothing matters after that.
The thing is, "fat, thin, chubby, black, white"; statements "you made a mistake"are just words, some mere words which will be gone by age.
The only things that will stay with you is you, so, learn to accept your problems, learn to accept your mistakes, learn to help yourself ownself, learn to love yourself, and then see how beautiful this life is.
Let out the problems from your life, don't let the problems let you out from your life.
Learn and become a more responsible person, because everyone has problems.
