M.T.V India..!

MTV India is a pay India television channel which is famous for music and teen reality shows and is basically promotes youth culture programmes.It was launched on 1996 and is owned by Viacom18,a joined venture of Viacom Inc. and T.V. India.The channel is famous for shows like Roadies,love School,India's Next Top Model,Splitsvilla etc. This channel and some of its famous personalities have there separate fan followings on peak.People literally go gaga for these celebrities as the channel's contents are always filled with youth programmes thus most of the younger generation do follow this channel on all social media platforms.

One of the MTV India's most re-knowned and the oldest of all reality show is the Roadies show which has the highest fan following across the country and even in some other countries.As people from all over the world come and participate in this show and do extreme things just to be selected.Initially there were only 2 judges who use to host roadies who were 2 twin brothers named Raghu Ram and Rajiv Lakshman who left the show in the year 2014 stating that they have made the show very much popular and have given the opputunity to the younger generation to carry on.During there period the show was very violent as usage of slang language was at its peak and thus it had much parental crisis to show up to.In the recent times the show is hosted by the famous VJ's of the channel with its judging panel consisting of the 1st roadie Ranvijay Singhaa who has the highest following of all.Other than him we have Nikhil Chinnapa,Neha dhupia,Prince Narula,Esha Deol,Harbhajan Singh,Vijandar Singh etc. changing each year.

Splitsvilla is another reality show where individuals from different parts of the world come together and find there perfect match and win the show.Initially the show was hosted by Nikhil Chinnapa but in recent years the show is hosted by Ranvijay Singhaa and Sunny Leone.

MTV India also has a show called Get A Job in which many companies across the country give job offers to the potential individuals after many rounds in different colleges across the country.Companies like Microsoft,Amazon,Flipkart,Zensar,Yes Bank,Sunsilk,MTV etc offer job letters to the candidates.Another show of MTV which was telecasted only once was MTV Drop Out,where youth who left there job or study and started there own company were given a platform to enhance there skills and win a cash prize for there businees.Priyansha Jain was the winner of this show and thus since then only once this show was telecasted.

Many people were against this channel as the channel only shows the daily soaps or shows which indulge the youth only.Thus many teenagers they seek wrong advice from the channel and do disapproving this as stated by some of the parents.Censorship on MTV has been a debate for years.It has been under the controversy as many a times many incidents took place some are:

1-Karan Kundra was kicked out of roadies after slapping one contestants on sets after which the fellow filed a case against him.

2-Contestant of MTV Drop Out was accused for harrassing one female contestant on the sets of the show.

3-Rascists comments on Lisa Haydon were stated by one of the member's of the production's of India's Next Top Model after which Lisa Haydon left the show.

4-Filed cases against the twin brothers Raghu-Rajiv were made too as it was believed they used such bad and harsh language which hurted the emotions of many contestants and it was beyond personal level thus it is believed by some that after many chances and threats the twin were kicked out of the Roadies show.
