• BHANGARH FORT, RAJASTHAN

The Bhangarh fort is the known as one of the most haunted places in india. It is situated in Rajasthan. It believed that the Rani Ratnavati of the Bhangarh fort was very beautiful. One day a man named Singhia gave Rani an oil which possesses some sort of clack magic. If rani would have used that oil she would be attracted towards that man. But instead of using she threw that oil out of her window on a rock and the rock got attracted towards that man who gave rani the oil and as the result the rock started rolling towards the man and crushed him. Before death, the man cursed the entire city that Bhangarh will be destoryed to death. Since then it is believed that every night the ghost of the queen and the man who cursed the city roam in the place and nobody is allowed to stay there after the sun sets.

• AGRASEN KI BAOLI, NEW DELHI

This place is located in Delhi and is considered as one of the most places in India. The visiting time of this place is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed after 5 pm and no person is allowed to stay there. This place was built by the King Agrasen and people believe that the water has some sort of power which entices the people to jump to death in water. The various noises add mystery to this place and makes it feel more scary.

• KULDHARA, RAJASTHAN

The town Kuldhara is 20 kms from jaisalmer, is known as the most haunted place of india. Kuldhara is now known as the abandoned and cursed town of rajasthan. There was a paliwal community which was harrased by the minister or ruler of the ruler for paying huge amount of money in form of taxes. Also the ruler set his eyes on the town's chief's daughter one day and this is reason the entire community left the town. The place is now abandoned and nobody lives there. This place shuts post sundowns and the visitors or tourist can only enter in the daytime.

• SHANIWARWADA, PUNE

This fort was built in 1732 in honour of Peshwa Bajirao I and today it is considered as one of the most haunted places in India. It is believed that that the 5th ruling of Peshwa, Narayanrao was killed on the orders of his uncle Raghunathraoand auntAnandibai. And today people have heard the screams of ghost of Narayanrao screaming Kaka mala wachawa meaning Uncle save me. And people also believed that the ghost of the people who got burnt in the fire caught on the fort in 1828 also roam around at night with the ghost of Narayanrao.

• FERNHILL HOTEL, TAMIL NADU

The people started to believe Fernhill Hotel haunted when the Bollywood horror flim Raaz was shot in here in 2002. This hotel was built in 1844 by Maharaja of Mysore. When film Raaz was shot the actors and director heard several noises and they were not able to sleep for nights. Whenever they complaint about the happening to the receptionist, there was no one in the hotel except them. Today, the place is counted as one of the haunted places in india.
