It’s nearly impossible to stay motivated and positive all the time. One minute you are all happy, positive and have gained all the strength to start with your work and another minute some crashy and disappointing thought strikes your mind and deflates all your motivational gas from your spirit into the atmosphere. And there you are with a wary face and a pity soul.

At this point you need to tell yourself that this isn’t the end. Now I will tell you some simple activities to help you stay motivated throughout the day, or if not the whole day but for most of the time.

  1. Do some Self-Questioning every Morning-

Now this may sound weird but believe me its helpful. Start your morning with these questions to yourself.

What am I ______ about in my life right now?

What about it makes me _______?

How does it make me feel?

Now you need to fill in the blanks by yourself and the answers you would get from yourself would really reveal the true state of your mind and soul.

  1. Small Self Comparisons-

The next step is to make Comparisons but here is the twist, you need to make self comparisons to motivate yourself. Focus on your results. And how you can and have improved them. The main purpose is to see where you have gone wrong in the past to avoid similar missteps further on.

But it’s also important because it’s a great motivator to see how much you have improved and how far you have come. Often you can be pleasantly surprised when you do such a review.

  1. Take out time to Do What You LOVE-

You need to take time out of your busy schedule to work on something you love working on. Also you can make a living out of something you love to do. But for that first you need to find what it is that you love to do and then get proficient at it. Success dwells at the fulcrum of passion and excellence. Apart from this you need to have some liking for your job inside from yourself. This can be done by creating fun in a task. Then you’ll stay motivated to do and finish it.

  1. Use your Playlist as Your Motivator-

This trick is a bit counterintuitive but also one of our favorites: Just sit back and listen. And with some special motivational tracks in your ears, you won't be stuck for long. Just plan this playlist out before hand and then tune them every morning before going to work and just see the magic.

So, stop overthinking, and never lose your confidence because you are the owner of your own soul and you need to motivate yourself to the best.
