What is a zero day? A zero day is when you don't do anything that amounts towards yor goal or the aim that you're working on. It doesn't mean that you have to write a whole essay in a day, or do a 2 hours workout in a strech. It means that you have to do at least something that makes you a teeny tiny amount closer to your goal. Even a crunch, a page of a textbook read, a flashcard revised, anything that makes your day non-zero.
‘There’s the past you, the present you, and the future you. If you want someone to love you ro you want the world to appreciate you, you need to love yourself first. Be grateful to what you have experienced and done in the past and feel good about your place in the present. Love your future and what you're gonna become after the hard work you're putting in yourself.
Let's say the stars were in your favour, that everything worked for you, financially, mentally and physically. But you still couldn't make it. You berate yourself, scold yourself for being useless. Stop that right now. Yes, things didn't work out the way that you wanted but you still have time to work on your mistakes and build a new you. Start working no, say to yourself, no more zeros and keep on building your strength. For that, firstly you have to forgive yourself. Let yourself breathe and be human.
Pretty standard advice but when you exercise daily you actually get smarter. When you exercise, you clear your kind. When you exercise you get high from endorphins. It makes you happy and you start to belive in yourself and your ability. And books are everyone's best mates. Whenever you feel like you need some guidance or you need to calm yourself or you need to learn some new skill, books and reading will always help you reach that goal.
