Raise your voice against the wrong.

That is what most of us believe in, but how often do we preach it? Nobody loves wrong, but no one cares about being the change everyone wants to see. We often turn a blind eye over the wrong doings, unless it’s happening to us, don’t we? With each sip of morning tea, we come to hear about the cruel attacks on women, over hundreds and thousands of animals being killed and mutilated in the name of scientific research and development and other appalling incidences. Why wait for change when you can be one?

We, the youth, have the power to move mountains, to make impossible possible and face the problems head on by our conventional thinking and the courage to take the roads less travelled by. Our future rides on the young shoulders. Hence, the youth must be taught that truth should never be overshadowed. In fact, it ought to be used as a shield to save the innocent and a sharp sword to kill the evil. The youth of today has the power of Hulk and wisdom of Captain America. It can overcome the hardest of obstacles.

Instead of working for the big players where you are bounded by the shackles of wrong doings, work for humanity and indigenous people. The youth dares to dream and should be encouraged to break the silence of unjust.

For how long are we going to blame the government and other institutions for laws that do not confine to our needs? Are we waiting for some magic wand to be waved that will solve all the problems? It is only through actions that words take meaning. There is a reason why youth is the energy reservoir of a nation. Not just because they have the potential to change the stagnant mindsets of people but are capable of shaking the foundation of all social evils.

Youth is a spark which can either burn or brighten the country.

Let us create a world which empowers our youth so that we can be assured of a safe and a brighter future where people raise their voice against the wrong, for themselves as well as the others. And let us not forget that we have the power to bring out a revolutionary change for the people of our country by standing up for the injustice that may happen.
