This is when Anil sir's mind changed and he decided to do the right things in his life.

He daily spends two to three hours in the gym. He gives up his morning sleep(a really tough task) to either cycle or jog. Actor refuses to age and yoga helps him in doing so. He also stated in an interview that he eats a banana in the morning that provides him with carbohydrates, potassium and iron, then he takes at least six meals a day. He believes in intaking a lot of protein in his diet through fish or protein shakes.
