The minute you hear someone talking about stress, your own internal battles come to mind and how you are coping with it especially when you aren’t coping with it too well. There are two kinds of stress namely eustress which is good stress and does not do any harm but motivates one to achieve goals he or she is lacking and the other is distress which causes much harm and makes one do things he would not want to do. Stress leads go both mental as well as physical problems. Stress can come from reaching home late from work, stress can come from missing your daily train or bus, Stress can come from making decisions and many more. One may have frequent headaches, body pain. The best way to relax is by taking deep breaths, it instantly makes you feel calm. It is difficult to manage stress if one is a workaholic they are always drowning in work that they do not even acknowledge the fact that they are in stress. So therefore many companies have started offering stress management techniques for their employees which can greatly help them manage it. Many colleges offer stress management as a subject for students who are able to study about the causes and the aftermath of it. Providing with words of care and assurance towards people who are always in stress can help them greatly. Parents are said to be the pillars for their children and it may be hard for them to understand that their child who at such a young age is having stress, they often brush it off by saying “we’ve been there too we never had it”! As times are changing and competition rising at every level stress is easy to come by. Making parents aware that it can be a possible reason for distant behaviour in their child, low grades or even changes in food habits can all be due to stress. If the case is severe medical assistance should be provided. Stress can lead to anxiety and depression which can again be very harmful for the person. When one is stressing about stress he or she may not make very rational decisions and end up doing things they regret later. Life is one big loop of regrets but it is also a loop of achievements (even if they are small). Always focus on the positive, never give in to negative thoughts as they always linger try thinking about the good in your life and do not stress it because stress does more harm than good to us. It makes us feel miserable and life is too short to think lowly about oneself.

Always remember never be too harsh on yourself the road of life will have countless obstacles but you are a brave soul who will be able to overcome them all and when you look back it will all be okay.
