Having a good heart comes with a price of numerous betrayal, backlash, and low self-esteem. But it hurts the most when coming from someone who you consider as your confidant. The mere thought of it is almost like dying.

But how do you cope when it happens, you lose the will to befriend again, you stop sharing your thoughts with people or worse happens when sleeping is the only escape for you.

Dwelling in the same place kills you alive, wish you could go back and change things,

But if only you could…..

Just think of the time you have wasted on unworthy people and how much you could have done rather than crib about the things that wouldn’t even matter in some years. Alas, lost time never returns.

Build yourself, spend time on yourself, do what brings you happiness, wear what makes you feel your best self.

Be unbothered by negativity and follow your vibe, it always leads towards happiness.

Do not compromise for anyone when it comes to your peace of mind, nothing is more important than that.

Don’t worry about who leaves you while walking on the path of success, for a genuine well-wisher would always have the best interest at heart.

Rightly said that “Life is a roller-coaster”, filled with highs and lows but isn’t that what makes it fun.

Trust the work of time, soak in the sorrow and when you’re done, wipe your tears, take a lesson from that incident and emerge tougher than ever before.

Don’t let the same thing hurt you twice.

Next time someone triggers your self-worth, get up and show them what you are capable of because “You got this”.

P.S: This may sound irrelevant to some of you but it helps once you practice it in life.
