In ancient Indian YOGA was one of the most practiced thing by the guru's or we can call teachers. According to the ancient science practising yoga can be helpful for mental , spiritual and most importantly physical health.

In a country like India where we have a great history which includes Buddhism , Hinduism and Jainism which guides us towards the peaceful living lifestyle. The origins of yoga have been sculptured to pre-vedic indian traditions.

Around fifth and sixth centuries BCE the development of yoga is described in Rigveda.Initially the YOGA practiced started in India . Later on the guru's from India travel around the world andintroduced our yoga culture. At beginning of yoga culture it only known for the meditation technique.

Later on it includes more asanas. Posture in which we perform the yoga's is called the asanas. There are so many asanas in it , but mostly asanas we use or may be popular , are the "SHAVASAN , PADMASANA, CHAKRASANA, MEDITATION, TRIKONASANA, SHIRSASANA, GARUDASANA" etc.

Swami Vivekananda is seen as the man who brought yoga to the West. The monk from Kolkata traved over to the parliament of regions' in Chicago and spoke about India and Hindusm before embarking on an influential lecture tour of the United States. His book " RAJA YOGA" written in Manhattan had made great impact on people.

In today's life people embarking on self-examination. And asking a big question again "WHAT IS LIFE ABOUT?" . And the answer we are left facing is a spiritual one. Because of this reawaking, yoga is introducing and spreading in a tremendous speed.

Now speaking about today yoga, Yoga is known by the name of "BABA RAMDEV". He is the man who brought yoga again in front of people and motivating them to practice yoga and life a healthy life. As it is the modern workoholic fast running lifestyle, people are earing more and more money but they are loosing their health and peace of mind. Yoga is the most helpful exercise to gain your health back into.

Yoga is just not about meditation, but it includes so many of exercises which not only helpful mentally but also physically. It increases our concentration power,flexibility,reducing stress, increasing positivity and energy in side a human body. From tip of the hair to the finger of the toe yoga can heal every single problem a human body is going through. Is says that prevention is better than cure. And exercising yoga is not only the prevention but it itself a cure too. Therefore this technique is inspiring of so many people. Because of this millions of people are adapting this yoga culture to gain the spiritual gathering which they are not finding in church, temple and mazars.Our prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi is one of them. He is not only promiting the education and politics but he is also motivating people toward yoga.

It can be just define in two words " TAN AUR MANN KI SHAKTI" .
