1.Watermelon jello
What’s required?
1.One seedless watermelon
2.Coconut water
3.Unflavoured gelatine
Steps for preparation
1.First you need to scoop out all the watermelon flesh off the skin.
2.Drop it into the blender.
3.You’ll find fresh watermelon juice remaining inside the shell (mostly) so pour the fruit right through the strainer into a bowl.
4.Turn on the blender and keep it blending until it reaches the perfect consistency.
5.Now pour the juice through a strainer and keep restraining it until the puree is super clear.
6.Now add some grass fed gelatine and coconut water into the bowl.
7.Wait for two minutes until the gelatine is dissolved.
8.Now place the bowl on a stove at a low flame and keep whisking it continuously for five minutes.
9.Pat dry the watermelon shell with tissues until its perfectly dry
10.Lastly, Pour the mix into the shell and refrigerate it for 3-6 hours!
2.Orange Jell-o
What's required?
1.4 oranges
2.Unflavoured gelatine
Steps for preparation
1.First step is to cut the oranges into half crosswise
2.Next, juice all the oranges properly
3.Pour the juice through a strainer until all the pulp is out.
4.You’ll need about 1 and ¾ cup of orange juice
5.Empty a packet of gelatine into the bowl
6.Pour ¼ cup ofjuice into the same bowl and let it sit for five minutes until the gelatine dissolves
7.While the bowl is set aside start spooning the extra flesh remaining in the oranges and pat dry the skin with tissue
8.Now pout rest of the juice into the bowl and place the bowl on the stove at a low flame
9.Keep stirring it for 3-4 minutes
10.Now place the orange shells into muffin trays.
11.Pour the puree into each shell half way through.
12.Next stick the pan into the fridge and fill the rest half of the shells.
13.Refrigerate it overnight!
