The world we live in has evolved only out of the efforts that were taken by the people who were passionate and crazy enough to think of something that were contradictory to the conventional thinkers of their era. Had the human being never believed in overcoming the hurdles those presented before them, none of the comfort and sophistication with respect to lifestyle that we have now would never have occurred. The passion that a person possesses makes him to go beyond the limits that he would never have expected of himself in the first place. When passion is planted in an individual all the other lame excuses are extracted from him.

Passion of a particular person can be identified based on the extent to which is he striving to accomplish the task that is assigned to him. Lack of passion in the field that a person is working in could never bring progress to the individual as well as the organization to which he is working for.Wherein, when a person is passionate about the field that he is working in, he tends to create miracles. All the great personalities like Dr.APJ Abdul kalam, Einstein and Martin luther king were passionate about the field or the belief that they had chosen which made all the difference in their field to have its impact on the world.

Goal or passion without the strategy can never go hand in hand. However great the passion of a person be, only if given an appropriate effort and involvement in the process can a person be able to accomplish the task. Not all the attempts would fetch the expected results. Despite such situations if a person possesses the will to conquer his dream, will he definitely achieve his dreams (passion).

Optimism and passion are directly proportional to each other. Optimism is the most essential trait for any human being. It is the ability to detect good parts of the situation. Having the ability to obtain the prospects in every situation, be it a negative situation or a situation with irrelevant effect to the existing situation, the person with the strong will would always make any situation to his advantage. In fact, there is always a consequence to each and every action, if a person does posses the characteristics of an optimist, can he be able to derive the positives in each and every situation.

Passion is the energy that acts as a fuel for the enrichment of the human kind. Only in the presence of passion can a person be able to act optimistic.
