Positivity is a mindset. It is the way we are able to view possibilities, difficulties and challenges in a positive way. There maybe hundred reasons why someone might not be able to accomplish a task. But a positive person would find that one reason to do the task amongst those 100 reasons of not doing it.
We often tend to lose hope in tough situations. When the situation is too bad we often leave it to destiny to decide. This is where your positivity comes into picture. A Positive person will not lose hope and would continue to think and expect positive results till the end.
I have had manyexperiences and what I have learnt from them is that it is not necessary that positive attitude will always give you a 100% positive result. You will not always get what you expected and that is ok. The main catch lies in the fact that you have to continue to stay positive despite the negative outcomes.
This is a practice that needs to be followed everyday. It just does notemerge suddenly into the mind of a person. Here's how to practice it-

3 Self belief is the key to do anything and everything so make sure that you believe in yourself. Just this step can imbibe a lot of positivity into you and you can be changed person. Self belief will also help you have a high self esteem which will further increase positivity within you.
