How to make the student confident and comfortable

Teaching and learning is the basic thing of education but what really matters is self-development. A good teacher can make a student a good person and a good human being and a good student can make a teacher, a proud parent as they do parenting of children. But just getting some good marks or a degree is not the real achievement of the student. What they need is self-development in terms of confidence. It happens in many cases that students are able to achieve good marks but they are not confident enough to even speak in front of his or her own classmates. The only reason for this problem is not being comfortable. This kind of extra activity (like speaking in front of a crowd) excluding study shows that whether students are confident enough or capable enough. This kind of activity is outside of their comfort zone.

How they will get confidence

Now the question is how the student will solve this problem, that is getting confident!

Well, it is not so hard. The first thing is that the student should get comfortable with teachers and should make some friends. If a student is comfortable with the teacher then he or she may feel like she is not just understanding teacher's word but also his or her emotion. The teacher should not behave rudely and too strictly with students. If a student is weak then the teacher should try to start teaching from very basic. It happens sometimes that student of standard 2 is not able to solve simple addition, why? Because he or she won't even know the meaning or the methods of addition. So if a student is not at the level of their way of mates then the teacher should try to comfort the student so that they can get some confidence. When the teacher will start with very basic things then the student will become not just comfortable but confident too.

We need to understand that the basic step of gaining confident is being comfortable, not just with the teacher but with the subject too. Because a good subject can also change an immature or irresponsible student to mature and responsible one. They are their own book and they themselves become the protagonist in which confidence plays a vital role for the leading character that shows them their vices and virtues. It will be not just helping in their future career in terms of professional life but personal too. They can talk freely and can make a decision for themselves.
