Exo And Military Enlistment

EXO is a Korean boy band who debuted in the year 2012 with 12 members in the beginning but now only 9 as an official member. It is also a Chinese band because it debuted with 3 Chinese members and now only left 1, that is, Lay. The 9 present official members are:-Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, DO, Chanyeol, Kai and Sehun. The former members were Kris, Luhan, and Tao. The group debuted under one of the biggest entertainment company of South Korea, that is SM Entertainment. The fans of this group are known as EXO-L. EXO have their subunit also, that is, Exo-CBX consisting the Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin as its members.

Over more than 5 years, EXO and EXO-L have proven and showed their worth. EXO is now one of the biggest boyband not just in South Korea but also in the world. Their music proves why they are one of the biggest band in the world. They have won many awards, including MAMA and Mnet. They even got nominated in Billboard Music Awards 2019 for The Top Social Artist and gave the biggest challenge to BTS and Army. They have won many musical shows and participated in a lot of variety shows. Their musical genre is pop, R&B, etc which attract listeners the most.

Now when it comes to other work than singing or raping, the members are quite famous for their dancing and performing skills too. Just like most of the groups of Kpop, Exo is also indulged in singing, rapping, and dancing too. Their stage performances are the best to heal the soul including the killer expressions of members during a performance and that is the reason behind the great acting of most of the members. Almost every member of EXO is a great actor. They have acted in several movies, drama, and theatre too. For example, DO or Kyungsoo is famously known for his role in the recent drama name, 100 days of Prince.

Military Enlistment

It is almost heartbreaking for all the fans of any group when their idols enlist themselves in the military, and that's what is happening with EXO-L. By the time, members are coming near the age of 29 or 30 which is the official age of any idol for their mandatory military enlistment.

One of the members of EXO, Xiumin is now 30 and has enlisted himself to military and now its the turn of DO who is going to enlist himself in the month of July. Slowly- slowly every member will get enlisted in the military and the dream of seeing all the members together on stage will get a halt for at least 6 to 7 years.
