Thank you for clicking on my Blog Post. This is my first post so I hope you enjoy reading this and please do try this recipe at your home! Let's take a look at the recipe.

Butter (It should be at room temperature): 2 tsp/8.4 grams
Cocoa Powder: 4 tbsp/56.7 grams or 1/4 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida): 8 tbsp/113.4 grams or 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar: 8 tbsp/113.4 grams or 1/2 cup
Milk (It should be at room temperature): 3/4 cup or 177.5 ml
Dairy Milk Chocolate/Milk Chocolate: 105 Grams
Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp/2 grams

Take a sieve and put All Purpose Flour(Maida); Cocoa Powder; Powdered Sugar and Baking Powder in it. Swift all the ingredients well. Then, add 1/2 cup Milk in it. (Save the remaining 1/4 cup milk for later) Mix it gently to make a liquid batter.

Melt the Dairy Milk Chocolate/Milk Chocolate over a Double Boiler or Microwave. Add the Butter in the melted chocolate(The butter should be at room temperature) and mix it thoroughly. Add this Chocolate-Butter mixture and fold it gently in the batter you prepared earlier. Add the remaining 1/4 cup Milk and mix the batter gently and thoroughly (The final mixture will be of a Thin Consistency than usual cake batters)

Fill your moulds 3/4 with the mixture.

To bake in a Pressure Cooker:
Put 1 cup of Salt in a Pressure Cooker and add a Pressure Cooker stand/plate in the middle of the Pressure Cooker. Place the Pressure Cooker lid and preheat the Cooker for 10 min on medium-high flame. After pre-heating place the moulds on the stand; cover the Pressure Cooker and let it cook for 12-15 min on High flame. Take the Choco Lava Cake out when it is baked from outside and is a little jiggly(uncooked) in the middle.

To bake in a Electric Oven:
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C for 10 min. After pre-heating put the moulds in the oven and bake it for 12-15 min until it is baked from outside and is a little jiggly(uncooked) in the middle.
