We all find ourselves being part of a story which looks very subtle, familar but still not very familiar, where we encounter ambiguous people, situations that are unexpected sometimes.
And suddenly, we wake up perplexed realising that it was all a dream, or probably series of dreams which are unremembered. Everyone, at some point of their lives must have wondered why we dream? what are these dreams? etc.
So Dreams are nothing but a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep. The answer to this question is as simple as that. -dreams are ways to tackle emotional dramas in your life.
-because our brain is more active during sleep than when we are awake, it may be the brain’s way of preparing for possible future threats.
