1) Alovera..

It is a herb, you can find it easily or you can plant this in your own home because the plantation of Alovera is very easy all you need is -

Take one Alovera and plant it. It is grow fast so you don't take worry about it's care.

For glowing and flawless skin take a piece of Alovera and extract its pulp which is look like gel and do massage for 30 min.

You can see the difference within a week.

2) Multani mitti

Multani mitti has thousand of goodness for your skin and hair too.

If you have oily skin so use this it's help to control your skin oil.

For oily skin take two spoon of Multani mitti and add Gram floor then add rose water if you can afford otherwise you can use simple water too, then apply this paste to your face and leave it for 20-30 min. After that raise your face with normal water.

This face pack control the access oil in your face and prevent the pimples also.

For dry skin

If you have dry skin you can also use Multani mitti all you need is good combination.

Take two or more spoon of Multani mitti and add some milk and rose water apply this face pack to 20-30 min and raise the water.

Apply your regular moisturiser.

You can replace Gram floor to Sandle powder if you are suffering from sunburn or heat.

For normal skin

You don't need any caution you can use any of them which is given above.

3) Rose water

Take some cotton and pour rose water into it than clean your face every time when you use makeup. Make sure When you completely remove your makeup then sleep because when you take sleep your skin absorb oxygen so pours should be open.

When you apply makeup firstly do massage with ice cube then apply makeup.

4) healthy diet

Add green and fresh vegetables to your diet, if you can't do that and make your you drink 10-12 glass of water every day. You should drink water on every half an hour. Water remove toxic substances in your body and your face looks flawless naturally.

Eat whatever you want but with limit. And drink water as much as you can its help to losse your body fat too.

Take your breakfast everyday. For healthy and beautiful skin and face.

5) Peace full mind

Its important for your skin and glowing face that your mind should be stable and you are happy soul.

Laugh at least half an hour at a day try to be happy and don't take tension and stress.
