4 Must Read Series Before College

I still remember the jitters I felt in my first day of college, the anxiety, the fear of knowing no one in a new place. An ice- breaker is a must, and trust me when I say nothing better than books can do you the favour of making you open to new people. So discuss, breakdown, rant on books, the TV series, the movies. These are few books that had been a conversation opener for me-

1. The Harry Potter Series

Trust me when I say, no one hates this book, they may grow over it at some point, but it will always be a part of their fond young adulthood memories. So don't be surprised if the fresher's, fest or any other celebration in your college has a Harry Potter themed decoration. Everyone loves this magical book of witches, wizards and flying cars.

2. Percy Jackson Series

It's good for light conversation. And if anyone is even remotely interested in the world of Greek, Roman and Egyptian God's...then you can talk and talk till you become best friends.

3. Fifty Shades of Grey

Spicy and sexy, people love this book. Not a conversation starter obviously... because initially people are a bit reluctant, then the ice cracks, and then starts the arguments why Christian Grey in the book is far better than in the movies.

4. Robert Langdon Series

People with even a bit of intellectual streak love these unputdownable novels by Dan Brown. The books are enlightening and the fact that it's a pseudo realistic series...it gives an insight to the lives a people from different aspects of the world.
