Easy peasy summer beverages that you’ll want all season long – from sangrias to lemonades and slushies!

1. Pineapple lemonade

So refreshing, so sweet, so tangy and just so wonderfully tropical. It’s also unbelievably easy to whip up!

This pineapple lemonade is sucha fun twist on traditional lemonade, with theperfect combination of that tangy, slightly-sweet, tropical goodness. And all you need to do is make a simple syrup, which only requires 5 min prep. That’s it!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. To make the simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved; let cool.

  2. In a large pitcher, whisk together simple syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and 5 cups water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.

  3. Serve over ice.

2. Watermelon Slush

You won’t believe that this comes together in just 5 minutes with only 3 ingredients. How easy is that?

Really, though, this comes together in literally5 minutes. All you need to do is slice up your watermelon, throw it in a blender with some ice and sugar, and press start. Easy peasy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 cups diced seedless watermelon

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • Juice of 1 lime, optional

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine watermelon, sugar, lime juice and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.

3. Sparkling cherry lemonade

The easiest, budget-friendly lemonade that you can make in just 15 min. No simple syrup needed!There’s absolutely no simple syrup or straining involved here. All you have to do is pitt your cherries and throw everything else right into the blender. When ready to serve, just pour in your cherry mixture with sparkling water and that’s it! It’s incredibly refreshing with the perfect combination of sweet and tartness in aglass of bubbly goodness. It’s so good.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ounces cherries, pitted

  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 4 cups sparkling water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. To make the cherry syrup, combine cherries, lemon juice and sugar in blender until smooth. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.

  2. Serve over ice and sparkling water

4. Strawberry Pineapple Mimosas

The easiest, quickest, and best 4-ingredient mimosa ever.Best of all, the simple addition of strawberries adds a little bit of color and some wine-soaked strawberries to snack on for later, along with a fun tropical pineapple twist.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

  • 1 (750 mL) bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Using a pitcher, mix orange and pineapple juice.

  2. Pour orange-pineapple mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with white wine.

  3. Serve immediately, garnished with strawberries, if desired.

5.White Sangria Sparkler

A refreshing, bubbly sangria loaded with tons of gorgeous fruity goodness.Now I’m more of a white wine gal so I chose to make this with a combination of a crisp white wine and a sparkling white wine (like Prosecco). And with a combination of my favorite fruits, this sangria came together in just 5minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (750mL) bottle white wine

  • 2 peaches, sliced

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 3 tablespoons sugar, or more, to taste

  • 1 (750mL) bottle sparkling white wine

  • 8 sprigs mint

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together white wine, peaches, kiwis, raspberries and sugar.

  2. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  3. Serve over ice with sparkling white wine, garnished with mint, if desired.
