You can decide a certain number of days in a month or a week where you would interact with people like going out for parties.This way you would not feel guilty about declining invitations for social events like wedding,birthdays etc.

Psychologists say that introverts tend to drain out emotionally and mentally in large gatherings .To help your self you can engage in activities that doesn't involve anybody else.For eg painting,reading a novel,writing etc.

Introverts are good listeners with great observation skills. They think before they speak..These characteristics make you better friends, partners and leaders.

Introverts are reserved and quiet.Researches show that they are prone to overanalyze and over think situatations which makes them anxious.
