That means a seed need to be first planted in soil and then it will grow slowly and gradually giving you all the benefits like fruits and oxygen. Similarly , in startups the process slow and tough.

Initial stage of startups are hard and tough. They cant pay you high salaries.So, if you want to make a lot of money then opt for other companies instead of startups.

3.If you want lot and employe benefits and gossips then back off:

• We all love to hangout with people.

• We love gossips.

• We maintain gangs.

• Blame our mistakes on others.

But in startups have less crowd.It is generally less than 20. So , you can't hang around people and gossip. You should be accountable for your work.
