The most difficult task for us is not to love ourselves but the fact that we are not ready to love ourselves. We constantly put everyone else love that are close to us before ourselves. Break that nut shell or way of thinking you are really not being selfish or rude by loving yourself before anyone else. You can love everyone else as well and even more when you will start loving yourself. Let me state some ways in which you can love yourself.

1.Admire yourself – Make a habit to tell yourself 10 things you love about yourself daily. This will make you confident and attract you to things you might not have seen about yourself. Sometimes we often overlook the beauty inside us and feel bad about ourselves and end up hating ourselves.

2.Face the problems strongly- You should never hide or feel sad about being in a terribly situations. Difficult and dark times come to show you the worth of good times and show you how worthy and strong you are. So you should not hide you should face whatever comes to you with full confidence in yourself. Every hard time will only make you stronger.

3.Don’t pressure yourself on winning others heart- You should know that everyone is different. So everyone’s expectation and way of looking is also different. You should never focus on striving hard just to win other’s heart and make a place of yourselves in others heart. Do what you feel is right. Take

approval of your own self whether you are doing good or not.

4.Keep a distance from the people who constantly pull you down – People now-a-days do not believe in achieving things by their own capabilities but by pulling others down. You should always stay far away from people who really don’t value you and always look down on you.

5.Learn to forgive yourself – We often have the tendency to not forgive ourselves for the mistakes we made in past. Regrets only make hard for you to live your life happily, so it’s better to learn how to forgive yourself. It’s the biggest key to having a happy and peaceful life.

6.Do things that make you feel happy- You should always have 1 hour in a day when you do things that you love the most and make you happy and feel light. That will help you to be less agitated.
