Mental and emotional well-being is very essential to the overall health of any human being. Leading Positive mental health allows people to realize their capabilities, abilities and their highs and lows which helps them to be agood human being. They get full potential, they know how to cope with the stresses of life, how to work productively and smartly, and make meaningful contributions to society.

Mental Health:
It’s a state of well being in which every individual understands his or her capabilities and abilities, which helps to handle the regular stress of life. People who are emotionally healthy they can have control over thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours. They have the potential to cope with real-life challenges, they can easily face any kind of tribulations and troubles . They can easily go ahead in their life. They can easily overcome any kind of failure. Being emotionally healthy means its not like that as you are perfectly healthy its means that you are aware any problems, circumstances and consequences for any situation you can face them, you can handle the situation easily. You get the capability to deal with any situation or consequence whether it may be positive or negative.

It doesn’t mean that people who are emotionally strong they didn’t get hurt, they don’t cry, they don’t have any feelings, they may have but they know how to control their feelings, sadness, anger etc.People who are unable to control their emotions, feelings and minds, have to face a difficult life ahead.

Early childhood experiences have lasting, measurable consequences later in life; therefore, fostering emotional well-being from the earliest stages of life helps build a foundation for overall health and well-being. Anxiety, mood (e.g., depression) and impulse control disorders are associated with a higher probability of risk behaviours (e.g., tobacco, alcohol and other drug use, risky sexual behaviour), intimate partner and family violence and acute conditions (e.g., obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, HIV/STIs), and premature death .

There are many ways to improve or maintain good emotional health and be a better human being:
*Express your feelings in appropriate ways.
*Think before you speak and act.
*Find purpose of your life and meaning, figure out what it is important to you in life, and focus on that, spend your time doing what feels meaningful to you.

*Take care of your physical health and try to take nutritional food which helps your metabolism.
*Stay positive and be positive.
