she was very angry about the shipment.
she came to me and said: You are the manager of this company, you don't how to fulfill your responsibilities properly. You are creating troubles to your customer without shipping their product and updating it as delivered . I still didn’t get my product. I didn’t get my money back. How can you do these to your customers? I have called your customer service but still, there is no use of it.

I said: I have no idea where this issue has raised from.

She said: oh, really then what you guys are doing?
in order to escape me from her anger, Teena enter my cabin with the details about the product.
Teena handover the documents to me. I was given a glance look at it.
I said: (with a soft and pleasant sound I started) hello, Mam . I understand the emotions behind those words, Please calm down. What you have said is right but there is a misunderstanding from our side, we accepted your order. Actually, it has been delivered to the near shipment services but they didn’t reach you. I checked all the details everything is fine except this, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. This issue didn’t come to my notice. We sort it out as early as possible.

She said: Hope so. ( without any hope in her tone )
I said: It won't be repeated again. Sorry once again. In some of the situations even if we put the order it reaches the shipment but the shipping service authorities didn’t look into it. We make a call to the shipping service we resolve the issue.

She said: it's okay. (with a hesitation in her tone)
I said: Or else if you don’t mind shall we go to the shipping service now itself and get your order today itself.

She said : ( with an exciting and astonishing expression she spoke)
Sure. But give me the address I can go and get my order. Anyhow thanks for the offer. ( she declined it )

I said:no mam if you have any issues over there again you will come to us with lots of complaints. We are not ready for all those . It will be better I will come with you I personally solve the issue especially for you (may I think she may get my view ).

Because you are my special client am I right Teena by that statement, I turned my face to Teena. (she is in a confused state whether to say yes or no)

Teena said: ( with a pause) yyyeah..yes sir.
She said: ok then, shall we move.
I said: sure.

We came out of my office. I told her that we will go by car. We both get into the car.
