From the very childhood, we know the fact that, books are the best friends of humankind, no complaints, no expectation, just a bonding of knowledge. Yet, most of us find very hard to connect with them. Mostly people thinks that reading a book is boring and just a waste of time, but truly, Books are the best companions for us when we are either alone or while travelling etc.

Today, most of the traditional paperback books are replaced by the E-books, PDF’s versions and other digital media conversions. These are not only responsible to make us lazy but also reduce our intelligence of choosing the good communicational methods.

Traditional Books are helpful to enhance one’s personality. They teach us about how to act, how to be human. They provide mental stability to us and are best to give relief in stress.

Develops Positivity in nature

Books are the fillers of knowledge in us. They develop creativity and emotional connection between readers and their circle. Reading a book is a mental boost for us.

Books help us to develop the willingness to solve the major social issues, criticize the wealthy but greedy people who opt to take advantage of locals. Books can be helpful in strengthening our relations. Most importantly, book reading helps us to see the world from the writer’s eye.

Boosting your memory power

Computer and Smartphone screens can damage eyesight of viewers when using it for a long time. When using such screens, try to read books in breaks for about at least half an hour, to relieve the eyes. Brain muscles become active while reading, which leads to enhancing the reader’s memory power.

Deep Sleep

Through many researches, it is confirmed that, there is a certain soft relationship between book reading and falling asleep. If a person facing some sleeping disorders like Insomnia or anything else, then they must prefer reading books of their favorites genres during their sleeping time in bed, rather than taking some extra sleeping pills to get a sweet and deep sleep.

Science behind this is, at night, book reading helps to release out stress from brain and stimulate oxygen supply to brain, leading to fall asleep.

Developing vocabulary

Reading an awesome content book, not only gives knowledge about writer’s thoughts, their experiences, but also provides a way to enhance our vocabulary of words, which can be used in any conversations, if required.

Try to find an excuse to read a book and avoid reasons to leave a book.
