Hello Beautiful People.

You wanna learn how some people in the world make a huge amount of difference and how they are leading the world.

Well everyone's journey is different, but the one thing that's common in the daily life of these people is that they stay Super Organised all the time.

You can take the example of Jeff Bezos,CEO of Amazon.com,richest person in the world.

You can see his interviews, after seeing them you will learn about the importance of Goal Setting.

He Achieves so much in life by just pre-defining his objectives, what he wants to achieve in a day or a week.

Now,it may seem to you That what will happen if you also started doing Goal Setting.
You see When you define your Goals At a early stage you are already in a drive towards achievement of those goals.

What Happens is You are tricked into believing that you can achieve these goals easily, Because when the Big Long term Goals are broken down into Small Short term goals You are more likely to work towards Short term goal achievement rather than a difficult long term goal achievement.

Now that we have Discussed How Goal Setting works. We can now work on how can we do goal setting. At a Later stage we will discuss about the Importance of Organising in another Article.

How to Set Goals?

  1. First of all you need to maintain a journal, it can be a notebook, a designated planner, or on your mobile.

  2. You need to decide yourself, What do I want to achieve in the long term?

  3. Once you decide that, you need to Break down that one big goal into small workable goals. For Example, You need to achieve 98% marks in you Boards, this is your long term goal, you can break it down to achieve good in weekly test, achieve good in Semester exams, and then Achieve the 98% mark.

  4. While setting goals you need to keep in mind the 5 Rules of Goal Setting.

The 5 Rules are-

S.M.A.R.T goals.
The rules should be
1.Specific- The goals set should be Clearly Specified i.e their Objective should be Clearly Specified

2.Measurable- The Goals Should have some Quantitative variables, so that it can be measured by some variable.

3.Achievable- The goal should be within the reach of the one setting the goal. He/She Should not Keep an objective out of One's reach.

4.Relevant- The goal set should be logical and not A fantasy,or an Unattainable Goal.
5.Time Based- The goal Should Have a deadline Attached to it So that it one can develop a sense of urgency to achieve the goal, or else Procrastination will happen.

ALL THESE FACTORS SHOULD BE KEPT IN MIND FOR EFFECTIVE GOAL SETTING.

THANK YOU.
