Love Yourself

Love Yourself : Love Others

Pt. [Singularity is breathtaking a serendipity]

Is it OK to have different opinions?

We live in a diverse world, with trillions of humans who reside with us on this same very planet.

And we all are bound to have diverse opinions and view on things. This is the sole reason of conflicts, at small and big levels like wars.

So should homogeneous world be opted for? It may stop conflicts if a higher body controls and keeps each and every in one dialect of thoughts.

But is that really the solution for the betterment?

Having different opinions is a normal part of being a being of a species which shows diverse qualities in every area. Be it aesthetics, skills, talents or behaviour we all are much alike.

Thus, to be able to live in such humongous pool of different opinions, we have to learn to let solo streams flow of their own. Not to obstruct a stream so that your own water can flow freely.

Having a opinion about something is okay. Having a different opinion is okay. What is no okay is obstructing others from having different opinions or pointing that their opinion isn't valid.

Now,the second part may be a bit hard. You are a intellectual being and the reason you choose to opt for the opinion you did is probably cause you think it is the correct one. Thus, others are wrong. Right? No. Cause you have have to accept that they are also living intellectual beings and the opinion that opted for is the correct in their opinion! There is no way to prove which is the right one. Opinions are solo interpretations of things. Solo, single, individual and therefore different.

So let's be respectful of others opinion. That does not have to mean that you deter from your own opinion. You have all rights to be solid about a opinion and so does the other.

The nest reply to a conflict in opinions is "This is my opinion and yours can be different and I respect that. "
