4. WAKE UP EARLIER: It is the most difficult task for the youngsters. Is Right or Wrong? Why the youngsters feel it is a difficult task to get up earlier? A human requires around 7-8 hours of sleep for healthy life and they break the rules of getting early to bed that’s why they face problem to get up early. If any person gets up early it doesn’t mean that he/she don’t take the proper sleep. When you get up early automatically you get tired and go to the bed early. Try it once.
5. EXERCISE DAILY: Upgrading lifestyle is not only about wearing trendy clothes or using high rated cosmetic products. A healthy lifestyle includes the style of life in which we are developed from inside. If you take care of your health and you will get the same in return. After a 30 minutes of daily exercise make you realize that you have got 26 hours in a day.
6. LEARN NEW SKILLS: Be always ready to learn new skills. There were always new lessons. You should always keep “educating” yourself even after the degree. Learning never stops. That actually make to grow your soul.
7. EAT HEALTHIER: You should keep a healthy diet. Should not eat whatever comes to your door. Consumption of food that contain more protein and vitamins can lead to a healthy lifestyle. It increases your productivity, enhance your mood, saves money on life insurance. Processed foods only worsen your health and cuts life short. Don’t you want to live long?
8. CALL YOUR LOVED ONES : Every relationship demands love, care, quality time– especially with family. Generally, children went out of country for higher studies and jobs for bright future. It is not possible for them to take update of each and every second, but that doesn’t mean you can’t remain close. Be honest and share your feelings. Ask them for their advice, sure they feel good.
