We all know there is a lot of changes after the arrival of the internet these days, especially among youngsters. Youngsters of any age who use the internet for more time are pushed into a depression. As per the channel Improvement Kill, according to today’s stats, especially this generation who meets 60 years will have depression in their life. In the world, among 10% of people are facing depression. In India, 10 million (1 crore people) are reporting the concept called depression.

So to avoid depression, let's follow the few simple steps:
1. Going out and playing
Physical activity should be increased.
The concept “Going out and playing” has been forgotten these days, children/ youngsters prefer playing in the mobile than playing outside. When you feel you are depressed, go out, take fresh air and play till you sweat out.

2. Food
The food we take now are burger, pizza and many junk foods are the food we love. We prefer the food to be tasty than being healthy. So, it’s better to take more fruits, more vegetables which will give us a healthy life. The food intake should be changed which is also a way to come out of depression.
