In today's fast pacing world 7 out of 10 suffer from mental illness. Patients struggling with mental health often have a more difficult time managing their overall health. Mental health is equally important as physical health .Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Everyone today is focusing more on outer success , money , estates ,etc neglecting the emotions we tend to creat during this journey .

Stress is one of the major reasons of unstable mental health in today's world . Work stress , family problems , financial pressure , these things lead to higher stress levels in people . Hence also resulting in issues like high blood pressure , migrains , etc .

Cases of depression and other pyschological are increasing at a high pace today .A stable mental health helps the person work with a better potential and increased ability improving their performance.

However there is a great stigma attached to mental health which results in patients becoming self-isolated, loosing confidence , feeling insecure to express his/her feeling or thoughts . This further results with a person going into depression and then choosing paths like drug in-take , alcohol in-take ,etcin order to cope up with the on-going pressure.

Talking to a person for may be just 15 minutes may help them feel better and less isolated .People with mental health issues mainly need emotional support from family , friends and not treating them with isolation . This will help them go through this tough times with a lot of courage and help them heal faster .

Just let them know you are there for them whenever they need you and then see the magic ,what a beautiful life you can shape .
